Kaizen Financial Services acts as a distributor and facilitator for third-party financial products, including loans, mutual funds, and insurance policies. We do not underwrite loans, guarantee returns on mutual funds, or act as the insurer. Final approval, interest rates, and claim settlements are at the sole discretion of the respective partner institutions. Kaizen Financial Services is an independent empanelled channel partner (Direct Selling Agent) of banks and NBFCs. It is not a bank or NBFC and does not sanction loans.
Kaizen Financial Services (AMFI Reg. No. ARN-364826) is registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor and is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser. Mutual Fund Distributors are not permitted to provide investment advice under SEBI regulations; the information on this website is for general understanding only.
In accordance with the AMFI Code of Conduct, we disclose that Kaizen Financial Services earns commission, brokerage, or other trail-based compensation from Asset Management Companies (AMCs), banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies for the mutual fund, loan, and insurance products we distribute. This compensation structure may present a potential conflict of interest. We are committed to recommending products based on your stated needs and financial goals, not on which product carries the highest payout, and you are always free to compare products independently before making a decision.
Interest rates, processing fee waivers, and other promotional offers referenced on this website (including any home loan offers) are indicative, subject to the respective bank or NBFC's credit policy, applicant eligibility, and prevailing terms at the time of application, and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Final terms are decided solely by the lending institution.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. Submitting forged documents, falsified income statements, or incorrect PAN details will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully. Kaizen Financial Services shall not be held liable for market-driven financial losses, rejected loan applications, or delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Unresolved complaints regarding data processing may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI).
